‘Edmonton residential real estate market continued to be strong in June, where sales to date increased by 18 percent from last year, as with the average price for all types of homes. It is too early to tell how the rising interest rates will impact the market. Compared to May (next slide), June had 8 percent less sales and a 5% decrease in half duplex price, but it showed almost no change in price of condos or detached homes.
