I will provide you with professional advice on the market, the neighbourhoods you’re interested in, home price trends, the pros and cons of different home styles and features, the steps involved in the buying process, and answer any other questions you may have along the way.

Financial Pre-Qualification

You may have already been talking to your bank about financing. I will make sure you understand all your options when it comes to down payment, mortgage and interest rate. I will connect you with my network of lenders and mortgage brokers, and make sure you get financially pre-qualified at the best terms possible.

Timely & Streamline Property Search

I will send you timely property alerts so that you don’t miss on any new listing on the market that fits your criteria. But before I share with you properties, I take the time to screen and do background research on them to save you time and help you focus your search.

Convenient Home Showings

Once you notify me of the properties you would like to view, I coordinate the showings around your time to make the process efficient and productive for you.

Home Evaluation

After each showing, I will advise you of the advantages, disadvantages and any issues with a home. I will provide you with a CMA based on recently sold and active comparable properties, to help you evaluate your short list and decide on offers.

Professional Representation

Once you are ready to write an offer, I make sure you are aware of all the options available to you regarding price, conditions, possession date, and any other offer terms that you can take advantage of. I am a strong negotiator and will fight on your behalf to get you what you need.
