Biography
Following a long career in community and business planning, I decided in 2007 to become a Realtor and transfer my passion for client-focused service to helping home buyers and sellers. I have been dedicated ever since to get my clients the best return on their investment. While working extensively with investors flipping homes, I also decided in 2016 to become a professional home stager to further help sellers showcase their home at its best and receive better offers. When not selling homes, I love spending time with my family, taking long walks, sketching and painting, and gardening.
Qualifications
- Alberta Real Estate License: December 2006.
- Continuous professional development real estate courses in buyer and seller representation, productivity, property investment and analysis, and more.
- Certification in home staging (HSR Certified), January 2016. I provide custom staging to all my seller clients, including original artwork and designs.
- Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, June 1998.

Residential Real Estate
As a mother of two and a homeowner myself, I understand the importance of building a comfortable nest for one’s family. Over the years, I’ve helped many individuals and families in Greater Edmonton transition from paying a landlord to becoming homeowners and building equity. I’ve also helped many clients sell their property to downsize or upgrade to a bigger home.
Investment Properties
I work extensively with investors looking to buy or sell a rental, a ‘flip’, or a ‘buy and hold’ property. Through diligent return on investment analysis and guidance, I’ve helped many investors maximize the value of their properties by adding a suite, refinancing to leverage equity for another investment, or flip a fixer upper for maximum profit.
Home Staging
By allowing buyers to see the home at its full potential, home staging is a proven marketing strategy to sell a home faster and at a higher price. In my quest to continuously provide value-added services, I offer all my seller clients FREE home staging services. For seller-occupied homes, I work with the sellers to transform their home using their own furniture and accessories. For new and renovated vacant homes, I provide sellers with a two-month staging package, customized to the character and finishes of the home. My listings always show 10/10 and stand out from the competition.
